this isn’t performing arts
it’s creative development

We run dynamic creative arts programmes — from weekly sessions to immersive residentials and therapeutic interventions — designed to unlock potential. Children co-create, devise, and direct as well as perform, building confidence, self-awareness, and collaboration skills while having fun and making friends. Our trauma-informed approach fosters a healthy self-narrative and growth mindset — transforming children’s lives through creative expression and emotional well-being.

Our next big musical!

Saturday 28th Feb & 7th March - Audition Days

Ages 7 - 18

Join Company: Create for this exciting full-scale musical production bringing the magic of Neverland to life.

Alongside working towards a high-quality show, our approach is collaborative and creative. Rather than simply following a script, children are encouraged to explore character, movement and storytelling in a way that feels organic and imaginative. Rehearsals are dynamic, supportive and process-led — building confidence, creativity and genuine ensemble work along the way.

We're looking for young performers! Want an audition park or to try a session?

Our Trauma-Informed Model

Blue and White Circle Surfing Club Logo (3).png

Be Seen

Every child is met with belief, respect, and real presence.
We connect with how they are feeling, not how they are behaving.

Be Known

Children are collaborators and participants, not passengers and recipients.
We do not instruct children, we work collaboratively towards a common goal

Be Brilliant

We set high expectations and enable children to rise to meet them.
Our goal is to support children on their journey to self-awareness and self-mastery.

Exceptional performances are not our focus, they're a natural by-product of working in this way

Imagine a world where children are educated for the future, not the past

Untitled design (5).png

We are on a mission to do exactly that by fostering three skills in
as many young people as possible

Creativity

Self-Awareness

Communication

With these skills, children develop positive relationships with themselves and others.
They are
happier, ready to tackle society's greatest challenges and
thrive in an ever-changing world

Where better to do this than in the creative arts?
